Description

DUT GND A

Device Under Test Ground A – These terminals are the reference point for single-ended measurements. DUT GND A, DUT GND B, and DUT GND on J1 are all connected in the module.

DUT GND B

Device Under Test Ground B – These terminals are the reference point for single-ended measurements. DUT GND A, DUT GND B, and DUT GND on J1 are all connected in the module.

DIO CH<n>

DUT GND A

Determined by module configuration

Digital Input/Output – Each signal can be routed to a variety of different subsystems on the AL-1032. When configured as an input, it can be used to control the enable state of a variety of functions for signal generation or electrical error simulation. When configured as an output, it can be used to replicate the digital input state to be sampled by an external device.

AO CH<n>

DUT GND B

Output

Analog Output – Attenuated analog outputs intended to interface with an external analog acquisition device.

XIO CH<n>

Determined by external device

General Input/Output – These terminals are directly connected to the corresponding DUT CH <n> on J1.

AMP CH<n>

DUT GND B

Input

Amplifier Input – These terminals accept a control voltage for an optional amplifier board.
